Processing Guide :
  • Pre-drying the resin for 4 hours at 120°C.
  • The injection temperature of barrel is among 270~330°C, the mold temperature is among 45~85°C, for CD application.
  • The injection temperature of barrel is among 270~330°C, the mold temperature is among 95~110°C, for CD-R application.
  • The injection temperature of barrel is among 270~360°C, the mold temperature is among 90~128°C, for DVD application.
